Kareo support and enrollment looks to me like they have been given a green light to not respond to customers needs. I called Payspan myself who cannot enroll me until the steps are completed by Kareo. again same thing multiple e-mails to enrollment, lots of excessive time, no real help, no directions. Also I have been unable to obtain from Kareo enrollment my registration code for Payspan. Of course Kareo support wasn't able to inform me when they planned to get back to me if ever. The Kareo support informed me that this matter was quite complex and they stated that they would escalate the matter and would get back to me.really ? I can't understand that a simple e-mail change would be this complex. Today 1/7/21 I did finally reach a Kareo Support Rep who was unable to provide me any directions to help a client who could not log into the Patient Portal, therefore the client could not access the Tele/video for the appointment. Yesterday 1/6/21 I called Kareo support all day, was on hold waiting for a Kareo support person for at least an hour several times, sent 3 e-mails to Kareo support with no real response just the formatted e-mail type with the case number.
